These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the jeetaa platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out below.

Important: Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using jeetaa. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform. Your continued use constitutes full acceptance.
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jeetaa ("jeetaa", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your use of the website located at https://jeetaa.vip and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features offered therein.
jeetaa is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for the exclusive use of adults aged 21 years and above who are accessing the platform from within Bangladesh or other jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jeetaa complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
jeetaa reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform. Your continued use of jeetaa following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page periodically.

One Account Per Person
Each player may hold exactly one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.

BDT Transactions
All deposits and withdrawals are in Bangladeshi Taka. No currency conversion fees are applied by jeetaa.
Bonus Wagering Rules
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
Fair Play Obligation
Collusion, fraud, software exploitation, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited and result in immediate account closure.

1. Account Registration
Clause 1.1
Eligibility
To register and maintain an account on jeetaa, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:
- You are at least 21 years of age;
- You are accessing the platform as an individual in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party;
- You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
- You have not previously been excluded from jeetaa or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms;
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of jeetaa or any of its affiliated game providers.
Clause 1.2
Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and a valid email address. jeetaa is entitled to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided. Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles jeetaa to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice and without liability.
Clause 1.3
Single Account Policy
Each individual may register and maintain only one account on the jeetaa platform. Where jeetaa identifies that a single individual holds more than one account — whether registered under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — jeetaa reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any balances held across those accounts. If you suspect that a duplicate account has been created in your name without your authorisation, you must notify jeetaa immediately via the support email.
Clause 1.4
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jeetaa will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jeetaa support immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised use of your account.
2. Deposits & Withdrawals
Clause 2.1
Accepted Payment Methods
jeetaa supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via the following Bangladeshi payment services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional banking channels including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank may be available subject to operational availability. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change at jeetaa's discretion.
Clause 2.2
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jeetaa account holder. jeetaa does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before your first withdrawal, jeetaa may require identity verification (KYC), including submission of a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five minutes; however, processing times may vary during periods of high demand or where verification is outstanding. jeetaa charges no fees on standard withdrawals; fees imposed by your payment provider are outside jeetaa's control.
Clause 2.3
Deposit Ownership & Fund Source
By depositing funds into your jeetaa account, you confirm that you are the legitimate owner of those funds and that the funds originate from lawful sources. jeetaa reserves the right to request evidence of fund source at any time in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. Deposits made via third-party accounts or with funds of uncertain origin will be returned where possible and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
Note on Bonus Balances: Bonus funds credited to your account are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Only real-money cash balance — after the wagering requirement is satisfied — is eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
3. Bonuses & Promotions
Clause 3.1
General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and any other promotional incentives offered by jeetaa are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer as well as these general Terms. Where there is a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion.
- Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and are non-transferable;
- Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible player unless explicitly stated otherwise;
- jeetaa reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time;
- Bonuses obtained through bonus abuse, collusion, or system exploitation will be voided;
- Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each bonus. Expired bonuses are forfeited.
Clause 3.2
Welcome Bonus
New players at jeetaa may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. Eligibility, minimum deposit thresholds, wagering multipliers, game contribution percentages, and maximum cashout limits applicable to the welcome bonus are specified on the promotions page at the time of claim. The welcome bonus is available to verified accounts only and cannot be combined with any other promotional offer unless expressly permitted.
Clause 3.3
Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be bet using bonus funds (and in some cases real funds) before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Different games contribute different percentages toward satisfying wagering requirements — for example, slots may contribute 100% while live casino games contribute a lower percentage. The specific contribution rates applicable to each bonus are published in the promotion terms. jeetaa reserves the right to exclude certain games from wagering requirement progress at its discretion.
4. Gameplay & Fair Use
Clause 4.1
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jeetaa and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such exploits will be voided;
- Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or bonus structures;
- Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms;
- Attempting to access restricted geographic regions via VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tools in breach of jeetaa's geo-restrictions;
- Engaging in any action that could constitute money laundering or fraud.
Clause 4.2
Game Results & RNG
All casino games offered on jeetaa utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are statistically random and independent of prior results. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. In the event of a malfunction or disconnection during a game round, jeetaa's recorded server-side result shall be the authoritative outcome.
Clause 4.3
Sports Betting Rules
Sports betting markets on jeetaa, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports, are governed by the specific market rules published on the relevant betting page. jeetaa reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: abandonment of a match, manifest pricing errors, suspicious betting patterns, or events that fall outside the scope of the market definition. Settlement of markets will follow official result sources; in the event of discrepancy, jeetaa's decision is final.
5. Responsible Gaming
Clause 5.1
Age Restriction
jeetaa is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Players must not permit minors to access their accounts or use jeetaa services in any capacity. jeetaa employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request proof of age at registration or at any subsequent point. Accounts where the holder is found to be under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, all bets voided, and any deposits returned subject to verification of the depositing payment method.
Clause 5.2
Self-Exclusion & Limits
Players may apply the following responsible gaming controls to their account at any time:
- Deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits;
- Loss limits — caps on net losses over a defined period;
- Session time reminders — notifications after a defined period of continuous play;
- Cool-off periods — temporary account pauses from 24 hours up to 6 weeks;
- Self-exclusion — permanent or time-limited full exclusion from the platform.
6. Intellectual Property
Clause 6.1
Ownership of Platform Content
All content on the jeetaa platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and the jeetaa brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of jeetaa or its licensed content partners. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, reverse-engineered, scraped, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of jeetaa. Unauthorised use of jeetaa's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.
7. Limitation of Liability
Clause 7.1
Platform Availability
jeetaa endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond jeetaa's reasonable control. jeetaa shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, interruptions to live game sessions, or delayed settlement of bets caused by technical factors outside our direct control.
Clause 7.2
No Guarantee of Winnings
Participation in casino games and sports betting on jeetaa involves financial risk. jeetaa makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, that you will generate winnings from your use of the platform. Past performance of any game or betting market is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that gambling is a recreational activity and that you may lose the entirety of funds deposited. jeetaa's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the calendar month preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Privacy & Data
Clause 8.1
Personal Data Processing
jeetaa collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and the delivery of promotional communications where you have opted in. 9. Account Termination
Clause 9.1
Termination by jeetaa
jeetaa reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account and void any associated bets or pending transactions where there is reasonable grounds to believe that:
- You have breached any provision of these Terms;
- Your account activity indicates fraudulent conduct, money laundering, or bonus abuse;
- You have provided false registration information;
- You are found to be under 21 years of age;
- Continued operation of your account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to jeetaa.
Clause 9.2
Voluntary Account Closure
You may close your jeetaa account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after satisfaction of any pending wagering obligations. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure. Account closure does not affect any obligations already incurred under these Terms prior to the closure date.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
Clause 10.1
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of jeetaa, you should first contact the customer support team at [email protected] with a written description of the issue. jeetaa will endeavour to respond to all complaints within five business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, jeetaa may refer the matter to an independent mediation process. jeetaa's decision on matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, and account status shall be final and binding where supported by server-side records.
Clause 10.2
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the severance of the invalid provision.
